1. Check-in time?

As a rough guide, the check-in time is after 15 p.m. Let us know your arrival time in case you schedule and early check in we‘ll do our best to have your room available.

2. Check-out time?

As a rough guide, the check-out time is before 11 p.m. If you plan a late check out kindly let us know your departure time, we’ll our best to satisfy your needs.

3. Is Reception open 24 hours?

No, Reception service is available from 7:30 a.m to 10 p.m.

But do not worry in case of need is available 24h on 24h

4. Which languages are spoken at Reception?

Italian and English.

5. Are all of the rooms in your hotels en-suite?

All of our rooms are en-suite except for the County Hotel where bathrooms are shared between four rooms – although there is a wash basin in every bedroom. All bathrooms come equipped with a bath and a shower, except some rooms at the President Hotel and the Tavistock Hotel which contain a shower only.

6. Are disabled rooms available?

Unfortunately we do not have the possibility of rooms for disabled people as the building has no elevator being a historic building

7. Are tea and coffee-making facilities, and shampoo and shower gel, available in every room?

A kettle, cup and saucer, and sachets of tea, coffee and sugar are available in every one of our rooms.

8. Are hairdryers, universal adaptors and fridges available in all room?

Yes, all rooms are equipped with hairdryer, universal adapters and fridge.
